The Y brings the fun to The Evergreens for an interactive event with Laurel Allen, Wellness Director of the YMCA of Burlington and Camden Counties. She's a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor and Certified Instructor for the SilverSneakers™ program.
Learn how to overcome resistance to exercise; easy ways to improve balance, corre strength and functionality; the importance of drinking water; and how simple diet changes can help you slim down and feel better.
