Providing a sound plan for the future means one that answers financial needs as well as physical. The Evergreens offers several different contracts to suit a variety of financial preferences. Full Life Care and Fee-for-Service contracts are both offered, each with two different entry fee options.    

Of note, the Life Care Contract may provide significant tax benefits in addition to the full continuum of residential and skilled care.
