Chairman Mr. William H. Stone, Jr. is First Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, where he has also served as Interim President. He currently serves as Director of the PENJERDEL Council. Bill served as an infantry officer in Vietnam. He graduated from Gettysburg College and received his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Finance. Bill resides in Moorestown, NJ.

Vice Chairman Mr. Robert W. Hoey serves as Chairman of the Board’s Development Committee. Bob is First Vice President - Wealth Management with Janney Montgomery Scott LLC. Prior to joining Janney, Bob was Branch Manager of the Marlton, NJ office of Citi Smith Barney/Legg Mason. He was a founding Director and Vice Chairman of Cornerstone Bank, a publicly traded commercial bank in Moorestown. He previously served as Chairman of the Rowan University Foundation and is currently the Chairman of the Foundation Investment Committee and a member of the Executive Committee. He is former Vice President and Director of the Family “Y” of Burlington County and a member of the Moorestown Rotary Club. Bob is a graduate of Villanova University’s School of Commerce and Finance and holds an MBA degree from Drexel University. He resides in Mount Laurel, NJ.

The Rev. Douglas C. Halvorsen is President and Chief Executive Officer. He is licensed in NJ as a Nursing Home Administrator. He previously served as Chief Clinical Officer of Cummins Mental Health Center in Avon, IN, and as Vice President, Clinical Services, for Serv Centers of NJ in Trenton, NJ. He is a graduate of Asbury College, Wilmore, KY; Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ; Princeton Theological Seminary, Princeton, NJ, and is Certified in Aging Services through the University of North Texas. He resides with his wife in Mount Laurel, NJ.

Secretary/Treasurer Mr. Robert Y. Garrett, III, formerly worked as President of a private investment firm and retired from JP Morgan, NYC, as Vice President and Department Head. Bob has served as Chairman of Princeton’s Trinity Counseling Service and Family and Children’s Service of Central NJ. He has also served as a Trustee of the Diocesan Investment Trust and Chief Financial Officer of the Diocese of NJ. Bob is currently a Trustee of the Hobe Sound Nature Center Foundation and is President of The Guardians of Martin County and was a former Trustee of the Princeton Area Community Foundation. He graduated from Franklin & Marshall College and Rutgers University’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Bob splits his time between homes in Princeton, NJ, and Hobe Sound, FL.

Ms. Sharon J. Bishop, CPA/ABV/CFF serves as Chairman of the Board’s Audit Committee. She is the Managing Shareholder of the CPA and litigation consulting firm of Bishop & Bishop, P.C. in Moorestown and is recognized for practice in NJ and PA. Sharon has been a speaker at the NJ Judicial College and is accredited by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Business Valuation and Financial Forensics. She serves on numerous local and state boards and committees. Sharon holds a Master of Science degree in accounting and finance from University of Maryland University College. She resides in Burlington Township, NJ.

The Rt. Rev. George E. Councell, Bishop of the Diocese of New Jersey, serves ex officio. Bishop Councell was consecrated Bishop of the 14 county Episcopal Diocese of New Jersey on October 18, 2003. An ordained minister for 35 years, Bishop Councell is the former Rector of the Church of The Holy Spirit, Lake Forest, IL, and was elected to the office of Bishop on May 3, 2003. Bishop Councell is Vice-President of Province II and serves on the Board of Trustees of General Theological Seminary, the Presiding Bishop’s Council of Advice, and the Joint Standing Committee of Program, Budget and Finance. He resides in Pennington, NJ.

Peter A. Gold, Esq., formed TheGoldGroup, LLC, in May 2007 as a consultancy to business, higher education, not for profit and other national and regional decision makers and leaders. The Consultancy focuses on university and college co-led economic development and knowledge leveraging initiatives. Peter also advises family owned businesses in connection with strategic and other issues. TheGoldGroup, LLC uniquely combines its principal’s more than twenty-five years’ experience in business, government, higher education, and the practice of law at one of America’s largest law and government relations firms and as Associate Provost for Economic Initiatives at Rutgers. In addition to the Evergreens, Gold’s Board memberships include The Jet Pulverizer Co., a manufacturing company, and the Global Interdependence Center, an international “global free trade” think tank promoting dialogue among businesses, governments, educators, and not for profits. Peter resides in Philadelphia, PA and Phoenix, AZ.

Mr. Sean M. Higgins, Sr. is currently the Senior Contracts Manager for the Lockheed Martin MS2 International Programs and Mission Systems, Moorestown, NJ as well as having contracts responsibility for LM Sippican, Inc., (Marion, MA) and LM Canada. Higgins' professional experience extends to both the public and private sectors along a diverse array of domestic and international projects. He has 29 years of finance and contract negotiations experience with RCA, several GE and Lockheed Martin businesses. He is also very active with Habitat for Humanity and has served as a board member of the Andover (MA) Hockey Association and the Moorestown Quakers Ice Hockey Club. Mr. Higgins has a BS in Public Administration from St. Joseph's University (Philadelphia, PA), a MBA from Monmouth University and a JD from Massachusetts School of Law. Sean resides with his wife of 29 years, Patricia, in Moorestown, NJ.

Elizabeth G. Litten, Esq., is a partner with the law firm of Fox Rothschild LLP. Elizabeth has been a health care attorney for nearly 20 years, with a focus on New Jersey regulatory issues. Elizabeth has been a registered government affairs agent in New Jersey for most of her legal career, and she has worked closely with the executive and legislative branches developing health care policy. Elizabeth is a member of the New Jersey Business and Industry Association's Health Affairs Committee. She served on the Health Care Transition Committee for Governor McGreevey, and, under the Whitman Administration served on the Health Care Quality Act Advisory Committee and the Health Maintenance Organization Advisory Committee. She served on the board of the Health Care Financial Management Association, New Jersey Chapter, and currently serves as Editor of its bimonthly news magazine. Elizabeth is a graduate of Vassar College and Rutgers University School of Law. She resides in Moorestown, NJ.

Mr. Gerald S. (Gerry) Lord serves as Chair of the Finance Committee. He retired in 2008 from Campbell Soup Company of Camden, NJ following an 18 year career in finance culminating in the role of Vice President of Finance and Strategy for North America. Prior to Campbell, Gerry had a variety of finance roles with General Foods, Kraft and Glaxo in the US, Canada and the United Kingdom. He graduated with honors from City of London College, London, England with a degree in Business Finance. Gerry resides in Moorestown, NJ.

Mr. Richard P. Meehan is a retired partner of the firm Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP. He was the managing partner of the firm’s Law Firms and Corporate Law Departments professional service sector located in New York City. Prior to his New York assignment he was the Partner-in-charge of Management Consulting Services in Price Waterhouse’s Philadelphia Office. He held various positions with Johnson & Johnson over a thirteen year period at Corporate Headquarters in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He served as the Company’s Plant Controller for the Sherman, Texas and the Chicago, Illinois plants and as the Director of Management Information Systems for the Domestic Operating Company. He is a Korean War veteran and graduated from Drexel University with a degree in Business Administration. He and his wife, Marianne, are residents of The Evergreens.

Mr. John S. Phillips, Chairman of the Board’s Investment Committee, is First Vice President, Managing Director & Portfolio Manager of The Glenmede Trust Company, N.A., in Princeton, NJ. He is also a voting member of the company’s Investment Policy Committee. He previously served as Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager of Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, Private Investors. John served in the Ninth Infantry Division in Vietnam. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame and received his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Finance. John resides in Pennington, NJ.

Frederick J. Rohloff, Esq. is Of Counsel to Archer & Greiner, P.C., Haddonfield, NJ, where he was Partner for many years, serving on the firm’s Board of Directors and Finance, Personnel and Practice Development Committees. In addition, he served as Chairman of the Labor and Employment Law Department for more than 25 years. He is on the boards of Bancroft NeuroHealth and the Rotary Club of Haddonfield Foundation. He is a former Board Member of Associated Builders and Contractors, the United Way of Camden County and West Jersey Chamber Music Society. Fred is a graduate of Columbia University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He resides in Haddonfield, NJ.

Mr. George D. Sowa is Executive VP and Senior Managing Director of Brandywine Realty Trust. He became an officer in 1998 and currently directs the company’s 6.1 million square-foot NJ and Delaware portfolio. He also serves on the Executive Committee and Board of the NJ chapter of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), the board of the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey and the national board of NAIOP. George is a graduate of Cornell University and resides in Yardley, PA.

Mr. Herbert Thomas has held a variety of leadership roles within both dioceses of the Episcopal Church in the state of New Jersey and is currently active on the Committee on the Priesthood in the Diocese of New Jersey. Prior to his retirement in 1993, Mr. Thomas held various administrative positions at the General Theological Seminary in New York City during his 35 year tenure there. Additionally, Mr. Thomas was on active duty with the United States Army during the Korean War, serving as a radar section leader with an anti-aircraft unit. He also has held positions with the Lehigh Valley Railroad and with the Fidelity Union Trust Company (which eventually became the Wachovia Bank) as Assistant Personnel Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hobart College and a Master of Arts degree in Higher Education Administration from New York University. He currently resides in Mt. Laurel with his wife of 53 years, Jean.
