It looks nothing like the traditional, clinical image of Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing and more like a beautifully appointed home: sunny rooms with a fresh, contemporary style, inviting parlors and country kitchens, and fully stocked libraries on each floor.
You’ll find the latest technology for health care, monitoring and safety—for example; we are the area’s only CCRC with an electronic pharmacy record.

Fee-for-Service, Full Life Care and Modified Life Care plans
to complement your goals.
Depending upon your objectives, The Evergreens offers two types of contract.
If you want more control over ongoing expenses, look into the Fee-for-Service plan, where you only pay for the services you use.
If you want greater overall security, look into the Full or Modified Life Care contracts: a bundled package of services that includes a meal plan, maintenance, utilities, housekeeping and a substantial discount on any health care services you may need. Full Life Care or Modified Life Care can feature asset preservation, making 80% of your entrance fee refundable to your estate.
